As members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents JMG Property Services are able to do everything necessary to provide you with the best possible letting service, this includes.
Let Only
Many Landlords who require tennants have no access to credit registers to check applicant integrity. This is where JMG's Let only service comes in. We find prospective tennants and check them for bad credit, CCJ's etc as well as contacting previous landlords to verify their applications. Once this is done and your happy with the references we have provided we would draw up the contracts and move the tennants into the property.
Rent Collection
Some Landlords also ask us to collect the rent on their behalf. JMG offer this as an addition to the Let Only service. JMG would provide the Let Only service and then continue to collect the rent throughout the tenancy.The tennant would only contact you if there was a problem with the property that required your assistance.
Full Management
This is JMG's premier lettingservice. A Landlord that opted for this would recieve the Rent Collection servise also having no contact with the tenant as we would deal with all issues that arise, for example sending qualified tradesmen to attend any repairs at the property.
