We continually adverstise in all local newspapers and on the internet which provides a constant source of sales applications from the private and corporate sectors of the market. Each set of property details handed or posted to the public will be in colour to enhance the presentation of your property. As and when we have all parties interested who would like to view the property, we will either accompany the applicants to your property with keys provided by you, or arrange to meet you at the peoperty with the,. Following all viewings we will find out how the potential buyer feels about the property and as soon as possible report back to you.
Progressing the Sale
Our work does not stop once a sale has been agreed, a senior member of staff will be designated to co-ordinate and chase the sale though, if at any time during the process you nee to discuss any matter do not hesitate to contact the person responsible for the sale of your property.
