SOLE AGENT TENANT INTRODUCTION SERVICE

For any period up to the first 12 months 9.6% of the total annual rent including VAT. This includes marketing the property, carrying out viewings, carrying out relevant checks on the potential tenant.

Reassign utility bills £36 including VAT                                   Energy Performance Certificate £120 including VAT

FULL MANAGEMENT SERVICE

The fee for the management service is 12% of the total rent payable for the entire length of the Tenancy and/or any extension or continuation including VAT. This includes getting quotes for repairs and arranging for repairs within the property, advising all relevant utility providers of changes.
